As in all business, if you’re not moving forward you’re moving backward. Our annual fall conference is an opportunity to look forward while learning from the recent past. Additionally, the sudden change in trajectory for the business of golf provides us the luxury of recent memories of when profitability was even more of a challenge. As a result, our fall conference becomes even more important for us to come together, learn from one another, and build our businesses in a way that ensures resilience for many years to come.

For many operators, the success of 2022 brought new challenges - primarily around labor and wage pressures. Building a team, retaining talent, and creating opportunities for new leaders in our industry are more important than ever. We are extremely fortunate to have former Minnesota Twins Manager, Ron Gardenhire, as our keynote speaker. Ron is a master in building a team, identifying talent and leadership, and creating a winning culture. These skills and experiences transcend baseball and we’re excited to learn from him - it doesn’t hurt he’s an avid golfer.
